Is there an official document to prove ErP compliance?

There is no separate, dedicated document providing proof of ErP compliance. Every manufacturer uses the CE declaration, which is a legal condition for all products, to verify that the product meets the requirements of the directive. If the appliance does not meet ErP requirements, it cannot be labelled with the CE marking and consequently cannot be sold within the EU.
